'Is the process safe for pets and children?'
While we are working, we have a rule - No People, Plants or Pets.
But within minutes of completing our 3–6-hour process, your home, apartment or business will be ready for occupancy again by anyone without exception.
'How quickly can service be scheduled?
We are not often booked out for more than a week at a time, but all jobs are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis, so it is best to schedule early. We can generally give a ballpark cost over the phone, if that helps.
'Is there a guarantee that the odor won't return?'
As mentioned at the beginning of this section, we must first identify the odor-source and plan to eliminate it along with the odor. We work with you and stay on task until the odor, and it source is completely eliminated.
