Our Odor Removal Process
Step 1:
Deep Inspection & source identification
We start by identifying where the odor is coming from and how deeply it has penetrated affected materials. Using UV Lights and remote cameras as needed, we find the source of the odor immediately.
Step 2: Generalized treatment of odorous air & surfaces
Using the miracle molecule ClO2, in both aqueous and vaporous forms, we neutralize both the odors in the air and the embedded bacteria on surfaces to destroy odors in walls, ceilings, fixtures, and furniture.
Step 3: Targeted treatment of contaminated substrates
Carpets, padding, upholstery, subfloors, and other porous materials are treated based on the type and severity of the odor. Pet odors, as a prime example, are always treated with enzymes.
Step 4: Biostatic sealing & antimicrobial protection
Many of your most porous surfaces, even painted walls and ceilings, can still harbor organic matter deep within. We protect walls, ceilings, carpets and upholstery with a thin biostatic sealer.
Step 5: Verification, review & ongoing assistance
In some cases, like that of past tobacco or cannabis smoke may require some HVAC services that are better performed by other contracted service providers - and may be performed for free.

'Can odors really be removed permanently?'
Objectively, yes. But it is important to understand that odors ALWAYS have causes. Together, we must determine the source of the odor and make sure the cause is eliminated along with the odor.
'Do you use any additional fragrances or cover-ups?'
Never.
'The presence of an odor is the presence of a problem.' Anyone that tells you that fragrances are the solutions to odors doesn't have full trust in their own product or process.
'Is the process safe for pets and children?'
While we are working, we have a rule - No People, Plants or Pets.
But within minutes of completing our 3–6-hour process, your home, apartment or business will be ready for occupancy again by anyone without exception.
'How quickly can service be scheduled?
We are not often booked out for more than a week at a time, but all jobs are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis, so it is best to schedule early. We can generally give a ballpark cost over the phone, if that helps.
'Is there a guarantee that the odor won't return?'
As mentioned at the beginning of this section, we must first identify the odor-source and plan to eliminate it along with the odor. We work with you and stay on task until the odor, and it source is completely eliminated.
